The proposed medical colleges located in Seoni, Mandsaur, and Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh, are planned over a total plot area of 15.28 hectares. Each institution is designed to accommodate 150 MBBS admissions annually, ensuring high-quality medical education and training. The associated teaching hospital will have a capacity of 750 beds, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the surrounding region while serving as a practical training ground for students. The campus will also include residential housing and hostel facilities for students, faculty, and staff. The construction area for Phase I is proposed to be 70,600 square meters, while the total built-up area for the entire project is projected to be 150,700 square meters, encompassing all academic, hospital, and residential components.
