PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT (CO-FOUNDER)

Being inspired by the deep-rooted culture and carrying a vision to make the urban environment eternal by the virtue of mother nature, Dr. Vishal Mittal has been the guiding force behind Space Designers International’s continued success since inception. A Graduate from Govt. College of Architecture, Lucknow, Dr. Vishal has been always fascinated by the rich. Indian culture and its sense of eco-friendly architecture. Though, he started working with one of the most renowned brand right after his graduation, it is the curiosity towards architecture and an urge to pay back to the nature that inspired Dr. Vishal to start Space Designers International in the year 1997.

Envisioning the Ultimate Goal, yet breaking into smaller targets and then going smooth with one work at a time is Dr. Vishal Mittal’s style of working and he teaches the same to his team as well at ‘Space Designers International’. It is, perhaps, this teaching that help the team develop customized output for its various clients ‘the hassle-free way’.

AR. VIKAS MITTAL

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT (CO-FOUNDER)

Having a fine sense of design and architecture Ar. Vikas Mittal, a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Architecture and Masters in Town Planning from ITPI. He joined Space Designers International in the year 2000, contributing his expertise in contemporary aesthetics and innovative design to the team. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Urban Planners India , GRIHA - Certified Professional, and an Indian Green Building Council - Accredited Professional. In recognition of his contributions to society, he has also been honored with an Honorary Doctorate in Social Service.

AR. PRABAL PRATAP SINGH

He has over 35 years of experience in housing, mixed-use developments, townships, IT parks , industrial projects and multiplexes. Passionate about architecture, he combines his professional expertise with a personal interest in the history of architecture. He is also devoted to yoga and spirituality, and enjoys reading and exploring ideas that enrich both his work and personal life.”

MR. PARAMOD SHANKAR

He has over 40+ years of experience in designing group housing, commercial, industrial, and IT building projects, with a special passion for group design projects. As the head of the designing team, he is a senior and highly respected member, known for his dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, traveling, and engaging in sports.

MR. PRADEEP CHANDRA PANTHRI

He has over 40 years of experience in commercial and group housing projects, bringing deep expertise and insight to his work. Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about yoga, enjoys playing games, and loves listening to music

MR. DEVENDRA KUMAR YADAV

He has over 13+ years of experience in architecture and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture along with a PG Diploma in Urban Planning & Development. His diverse portfolio spans housing, mixed-use developments, townships, biotechnology parks, bus terminals, industrial projects, and hospitals. He is an active member of the Council of Architecture, Indian Institute of Architects, and Indian Building Congress. Beyond his professional work, he enjoys cricket, badminton, and reading books.

MR. MANOJ SINGH

He has over 18+ years of experience in the field of architecture and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture (Ekistics). His portfolio includes a wide range of projects such as housing, mixed-use developments, townships, IT parks, bus terminals, industrial projects, and farmhouses. He is a member of the Indian Institute of Interior Design, the Council of Architecture and the Indian Institute of Architects and he also holds prime membership in the Institution of Valuers. In addition to his architectural expertise, he has a strong interest in product design.

MR. MAYANK SHARMA

He has over 16+ years of experience in architecture and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture (Ekistics). His diverse portfolio spans housing, resorts, villas, industrial and institutional projects, including the Dehradun Science Museum and Dubai World Islands. Beyond his professional work, he is passionate about music, playing flute and violin and enjoys gardening and astrophotography.

MS. PRIYANKA KAUSHAL

With 12+ years of experience in architecture, she specializes in crafting thoughtful, people-centered designs that blend functionality with creativity. Passionate about detail and innovation, she draws inspiration from her travels—immersing herself in cultures, exploring new places, and connecting with locals to bring fresh perspectives into her work.

MR. Ashok Jayant

With over 30+ years of experience he is an accomplished architect and urban planner, holding a B.Arch from IIA Mumbai and a M.Plan from ITPI Delhi. With extensive experience in design and planning, he has been closely associated with prestigious projects across India and abroad. His portfolio includes the Jumeirah High-Rise (Dubai), Ranchi Cricket Stadium, IIM Indore, IIT Housing (Delhi), GIMS Hospital (Noida), Darbhanga Airport (Bihar), and the Sarojini Nagar Commercial & Office Complex (Delhi). Passionate about architecture, he enjoys playing cricket and reading books on architectural design, historical monuments and heritage structures.

MR. TEETU KUMAR

He has over 5+ years of experience working on a variety of projects, including hospitals, commercial , housing and schools. In addition to his professional work, he enjoys listening to music in his free time.

MRS. SANYA MINOCHA

She has over 6+ years of experience in group housing, commercial, residential, and interior projects. Outside of work she enjoys dancing, traveling, and listening to music.

MR. Prayanshu

He has over 9+ years of experience in interior design, with expertise in resorts and hospitality projects. A creative professional and content creator, he is also passionate about nature photography. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing badminton and indoor games such as card games.

He has over 18+ years of experience in the field, specializing in submission drawings, problem-solving, and successfully managing project approvals with authorities. His expertise spans commercial, group housing, and IT park projects, where he has been an integral part of the submission team. Beyond his professional work, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

He has over 20+ years of experience in hospital, housing, commercial and IT projects, where he has played a key role as a team leader, guiding and managing working teams effectively. Eager to expand his expertise, he aspires to explore new opportunities in stadium and airport projects. Beyond his profession, he is a volleyball champion and has a deep passion for performing ghazals.
